Summary: The rooms for us and kids were good though disconnected. Kids room was a bit smaller and had frequent issues with bathroom being locked and AC shutoff automatically. There was no one at reception either but there is a person on whatsapp who would always call and respond. There were no utensils or food services on the site as well.

Summary: We were made to feel very welcome and special. All staff opened doors for us, asked how we were and made our stay very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand to help with any aspect of our trip. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and would welcome the opportunity to revisit.
